ESP Productions 4-13-15
Chill Bill. When I’m not 100% focused I think about skizen and how me and Andy are going to make the dopest ski edits under ESP Productions. It’s going to be so sick. I have a book that I write tons of stuff in and there is a few or maybe a little more than a few pagers about dope ski edits that I’m going to make when I get home. Yeah I’ve got a long way to go but its chill. I’ve got some killer ideas but don’t worry, I’m not trunky haha. You guys are probably thinking that but no. I love the mission. There is nowhere else I’d rather be. The mission is so cool and the spirit is always so strong in the mission.
The work this week was good. We’re working hard and found some good people. For whatever reason we had never really talked to our neighbors but this week we started teaching them and they are super positive, so that was cool.
One super great thing this week was we have a neighbor named George and he was deported from America for lots of things so he’s lived here now for 7 years and he is from Miami. He is super chill. We talk to him decently often and he is also Mormon. When he was a kid he moved to the states and he was Mormon then. When he was a teen he lost the path and became a super hard gangster. Like there is a gangster chilling in the streets all day and selling and fighting and all and then there is George. He went hard. He has a lot of super crazy stories but he loves us because he is Mormon and so we teach him things and bring him the Liahona and stuff to read. On Monday we were talking to him and he invited us to breakfast and it was good food. Then the next morning I was outside washing some clothes and George showed up and was like “Hey my mother in law wants you guys to eat with us every morning.” So now we have breakfast every morning. It’s dope. We show up there at 7:30, eat and then go back and study. We have had a lot of really cool talks with George about repentance and stuff. He has a lot of work to do but he is getting to the point where he is like, “Yeah it’s time I change.” Yesterday, we had a super cool talk with him and he was just like, “Alright call the bishop and ask him when I can visit him”. So hopefully on Tuesday George figures some stuff out. He is a super cool guy. I see the potential in him. I know he can do it and change. Hopefully it all works out. It was one of those moments as a missionary that was like now that’s why I’m here.
Peace and Love,
Z
